My expectation to the Head of Japan office was the following two; Effective Leadership and Personal Growth.
I wanted him to create a team environment that is motivational and happy and encourages colleagues to collaborate and serve clients to the best of their ability. For him to balance work and personal commitments so that he continues to be fulfilled and effective both personally and professionally.
I wanted him to attract, mentor and develop new consultants consistent with the Firm’s values and standards.
I am glad to see the personal development that he made thru coaching.
